NCT05184335
This study is to evaluate the effect and safety of Brilaroxazine in patients with acute schizophrenia compared to the placebo short and long-term. Brilaroxazine will be given at fixed doses of 15 mg or 50 mg once daily over 4 weeks, then in the long-term flexible doses 15-50mg daily over a period of 52 weeks.
NCT03717415
This is an open-label Phase 1b/2 multicenter study of rebastinib (DCC-2036) in combination with carboplatin designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics (PK) in participants with advanced or metastatic solid tumors.
NCT05034952
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of VX-548 doses in treating acute pain after an abdominoplasty.
NCT00739648
Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) suffer from frequent and recurrent acute exacerbations (AECB) which are associated with enormous healthcare expenditures and significant morbidity, specifically an increased risk of death, a decline in pulmonary function and a significant change in quality of life. Bacteria appear to have an important role in acute exacerbations in chronic bronchitis and COPD. Studies of acute exacerbations in COPD have shown a reduction in bacterial load with prolonged exacerbation-free interval. In addition, recent studies indicate that acquisition of a new strain of H. influenzae, M. catarrhalis, S. pneumoniae or P. aeruginosa are responsible for many of these exacerbations. Chronic inflammation and bacterial infection predispose many patients to frequent and recurrent acute exacerbations. Mpex believes that intermittent administration of inhaled MP-376 in high risk patients will decrease the incidence of acute exacerbations by both by lowering the organism burden, and resultant inflammation, as well as pre-emptive eradication of any newly acquired bacterial strains.
NCT05468736
This is a Phase 2/3 randomized, observer-blinded, placebo-controlled, age de-escalation trial to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of 2 primary doses of SARS-CoV-2 rS with Matrix-M™ adjuvant (NVX-CoV2373) given 21 days apart and NVX CoV2373 or a variant-based vaccine given as a booster dose or at crossover in pediatric participants (3 age cohorts; 6 to \< 12 years, 2 to \< 6 years, and 6 to \< 24 months of age). Each age cohort will be conducted in 2 parts starting with the oldest age cohort (6 to \< 12 years of age).
NCT05868382
The main purpose of the study is to evaluate the safety, reactogenicity, and the immunogenicity of mRNA-1010 vaccine candidate variations.
NCT05500508
A Phase 1B/2A study will be conducted to establish safety and dose level of AMXT 1501 dicaprate in combination with IV DFMO, in cancer patients.
NCT05967416
The goal of this study is to test SIRPant-M (RB-1355) , an autologous cell therapy, alone or in combination with focal external-beam radiotherapy in participants with relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL). Two dose levels of SIRPant-M are being tested. The main question this study aims to answer is if SIRPant-M alone or in combination with radiotherapy is safe and well-tolerated.
NCT05008055
This study is an open-label, multicenter Phase II study of capivasertib administered orally in participants with Relapsed or Refractory (R/R) B-cell Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (NHL).
NCT04947735
This is an open-label, controlled, multisite, two-arm parallel group clinical trial of 36-month duration to evaluate the continued safety and efficacy of SightGlass Vision Diffusion Optics Technology (DOT) Spectacles in reducing the progression of juvenile myopia.
NCT06547216
A Phase 2 Open-label Extension Study to Evaluate the Long-Term Safety, Tolerability, and Efficacy of AOC 1020 Administered Intravenously to Participants with Facioscapulohumeral Muscular Dystrophy (FSHD)
NCT03634540
This is an open-label Phase 2 study which will evaluate the efficacy and safety of belzutifan in combination with cabozantinib in participants with advanced ccRCC. Belzutifan and cabozantinib will be administered orally once daily.
NCT03623321
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the long-term safety and tolerability of pimavanserin in adult and elderly subjects with neuropsychiatric symptoms related to neurodegenerative disease exposed to open-label pimavanserin for up to 52 weeks.
NCT03138512
The purpose of this study is to determine whether nivolmab alone or the combination of nivolumab and ipilimumab versus placebo, is safe and effective for delaying or preventing recurrence of cancer in participants who have experienced partial or entire removal of a kidney.
NCT05322590
The study will assess the safety and efficacy of BXQ-350 plus modified FOLFOX7 (mFOLFOX7) and bevacizumab in participants who have newly diagnosed metastatic adenocarcinoma of the colon/rectum. The study will also evaluate if the administration of BXQ-350 with mFOLFOX7 and bevacizumab may diminish oxaliplatin induced sensory neurotoxicity, enabling participants to receive the total and planned doses of mFOLFOX7. All participants will receive BXQ-350 by intravenous (IV) infusion along with standard of care doses of mFOLFOX and bevacizumab. The study is divided into two stages: Stage 1 will be open label and will enroll participants at increasing dose levels of BXQ-350 in order to determine the Stage 2 dose. Stage 2 will be blinded; participants will receive BXQ-350 at the established Stage 1 dose or placebo.
NCT05175352
The purpose of this study to evaluate the potential for disease-mediated drug-drug interactions between cendakimab and selected substrates of metabolic enzymes in eosinophilic esophagitis participants.
