NCT02441946
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the biological effects of abemaciclib in combination with anastrozole and compare those to the effects of abemaciclib alone and anastrozole alone in the tumors of postmenopausal women with hormone receptor positive (HR+), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) negative breast cancer.
NCT03864328
Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) is a rare, progressive life-threatening disease that is characterized by exertional dyspnea and persistent dry cough. Cough in IPF is both a presenting and a complicating clinical feature, which affects approximately three quarters of IPF cases. It is often a debilitating symptom that adversely affects quality of life (QoL) and is usually refractory to medical therapy. Inhaled RVT-1601 (formerly, PA101B), a new inhalation formulation of cromolyn sodium delivered via the eFlow® Closed System (CS) nebulizer, is being evaluated in this Phase 2b study for the treatment of persistent cough in patients with IPF.
NCT03326752
This open-label, multicenter, dose-escalation and expansion trial is designed to evaluate the safety and preliminary efficacy of inhaled DV281 in combination with nivolumabfor the treatment of NSCLC and to select a recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D).
NCT02589665
The main purpose of this study is to test the hypothesis that treatment with mirikizumab is superior to placebo in providing clinical benefit to participants with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis (UC). This study will also investigate how the body processes the drug.
NCT02614287
The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the longer term safety of the study drug known as galcanezumab in participants with episodic or chronic migraine.
NCT03132428
Pulmonary hypertension is high blood pressure in the arteries to the lungs. It is a serious condition. It causes the blood vessels that carry blood from the heart to the lungs to become hard and narrow. When this happens, the heart has to work harder to pump the blood through. Some babies are born with pulmonary hypertension (PH). Doctors might use INOmax (a gas the baby breathes) to help newborn babies (neonates) with PH. This study will use information from the records of registered babies to see how effective and safe INOmax is for treating premature and other newborn babies for up to 11 days after they are born.
NCT01290029
The primary objective of the study was to evaluate the safety and tolerability of cinacalcet after a single oral dose in children aged 28 days to less than 6 years with chronic kidney disease receiving dialysis.
NCT00824265
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the safety and efficacy of ofatumumab added to fludarabine-cyclophosphamide in patients with relapsed Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL).
NCT02484092
A Phase 1/2, Open-Label, Non-Randomized, Dose-Escalation Study of SPK-9001 in Subjects with Hemophilia B.
NCT03058692
This is a Phase II randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial in 120 males and non-pregnant females, 18 to 49 years old, inclusive, who are in good health and meet all eligibility criteria. This clinical trial will be conducted at 3 United States sites and is designed to assess the safety, reactogenicity, and immunogenicity of two priming doses of M-001 followed by a seasonal quadrivalent inactivated influenza vaccine (IIV4). The duration of this trial for each subject will be approximately 7 months. The entire study duration will be approximately 24 months. The primary objectives are: 1) To assess the safety as measured by vaccine related adverse events, reactogenicity, and laboratory adverse events of two doses of M-001 vaccine, each dose administered approximately 21 days apart; and 2) To assess the T cell responses to M-001 component peptides following two doses of M-001.
NCT02125331
This study is required to demonstrate that the non-invasive blood pressure (NIBP) measurement algorithms on two commercially available multifunction hemodynamic acquisition modules, the Patient Data Module (PDM) equipped with the DINAMAP® SUPERSTAT algorithm ("PDM-SUPERSTAT") and the Patient Side Module (PSM) equipped with Datex-Ohmeda GE algorithm ("PSM-Datex-Ohmeda"), provide accurate NIBP measurements in accordance with the guidelines provided by the most recent International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 81060-2:2013. Notably, the new ISO 81060-2:2013 supersedes the previous 2009 version of this standard, and this study is being conducted in accordance with the most recent applicable standards. This study will assess neonate, infant, children, pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients as well as adults with chronic atrial fibrillation in a population that requires non-emergent heart catheterization. This is a study conducted to satisfy both standards for two NIBP devices and, as such, does not require a statistical hypothesis.
NCT00579280
The specific aim of this study is to evaluate the efficacy, tolerability, and safety of quetiapine SR monotherapy and divalproex sodium ER monotherapy in comparison to placebo in the treatment of ambulatory bipolar disorder with co-morbid lifetime panic disorder or generalized anxiety disorder and current at least moderately severe anxiety.
NCT01572909
The EMBRACE-STEMI trial was a Phase 2a prospective, multicenter, multinational randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study designed to assess the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of IV administered elamipretide (also known as MTP-131, or Bendavia) on a background of standard-of-care therapy for reduction of reperfusion injury in patients with first time acute, anterior wall ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI).
NCT03774784
The purpose of this study is to characterize the natural history of leukocyte chemotactic factor 2 amyloidotic (ALECT2) disease. In this observational study participants with ALECT2 disease will be enrolled. Participants, who have already reached end-stage renal disease (ESRD), will provide retrospective chart review data and biological specimens at baseline only. Other participants, in addition to retrospective chart review, will be followed prospectively.
NCT02903966
This study is the first experience with GSK2982772, a receptor-interacting protein-1 (RIP1) kinase inhibitor, in subjects with active ulcerative colitis (UC). The primary objective will be to investigate the safety and tolerability of repeat oral doses of GSK2982772 60 mg or placebo three times daily for 42 days (Part A) followed by open label with GSK298772 60 mg three times daily for 42 days (Part B). In addition to pharmacokinetics (PK), a number of experimental and clinical endpoints will be employed to obtain information on the pharmacodynamics (PD), and preliminary efficacy in subjects with active UC. Although no formal hypothesis will be tested, these endpoints will enable a broader understanding of the mechanism of action and potential for clinical efficacy of GSK2982772 in UC. Within 30 Days of screening visit, subjects will be randomized to receive either GSK2982772 60 mg or placebo orally three times daily for 42 Days (6 weeks) in a 2:1 ratio in Part A study. Subjects who complete the Part A study will move to open label Part B study to receive GSK2982772 60 mg three times daily for an additional 42 Days (6 weeks). After the open label (Part B) treatment period, subjects will enter the Follow-up period which lasts for 28 Days (+/- 3 Days) post the last administration of study medication. The total duration of participation in the study will be approximately 20 Weeks from screening to the last study visit.
