NCT04633655
This is an observational study of chemotherapy-induced peripheral neurotoxicity (CIPN) patients to be investigated prospectively in order to assess responsiveness of a set of outcome measures in an international multi-center study.
NCT04832477
The proposed research aims to assess the multiple forms and paths of stigma and substance use as they relate to pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) use for HIV prevention. How stigma and an evolving public health landscape impact PrEP use among Black sexual minorit men who use substances is unknown. The current application focuses on addressing critical and novel questions to improving the essential building blocks of biomedical prevention approaches by providing crucial information for enhancing interventions to lower HIV prevalence among substance using Black sexual minority men.
NCT05237258
This research study is evaluating whether primary palliative care is an alternative strategy to specialty palliative care for improving quality of life, symptoms, mood, coping, and end of life outcomes in patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
NCT04579679
This is a Phase 2, open-label, multi-centre study of surufatinib in patients with low to intermediate grade (Grade 1 or Grade 2), well-differentiated neuroendocrine tumours (NETs).
NCT05966493
This study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of NEXAGON® (lufepirsen ophthalmic gel) (NEXAGON) in subjects with persistent corneal epithelial defects (PCED). The objectives of the study are to evaluate the safety and efficacy of NEXAGON in this population.
NCT04026412
The primary purpose of the study is to compare the effectiveness of nivolumab plus concurrent chemoradiotherapy (CCRT) followed by nivolumab plus ipilimumab vs CCRT followed by durvalumab in participants with untreated Locally Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (LA NSCLC).
NCT04028492
To investigate the safety and efficacy of tradipitant versus placebo in relieving nausea and other symptoms of gastroparesis.
NCT06666426
This post-market study will assess the performance of and user experience with the PureWick™ System in a home setting. The study will also observe safety of the study device and collect information from participants about their quality of life before and after using the device.
NCT05891548
Phase 2b, randomized, double-masked, parallel-group, active-controlled, multicenter, 36-week study designed to assess the safety and efficacy of suprachoroidally administered CLS-AX 1.0 mg with a flexible dosing regimen in participants with neovascular age-related macular degeneration previously treated with intravitreal anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) standard of care therapy. Only one eye will be chosen as the study eye.
NCT03607838
This study is to evaluate the effectiveness of a single-dose intervertebral disc injection of SI-6603 in subjects with lumbar disc herniation (LDH)
NCT04864392
The study will determine the optimal dosing regimen of LNA043 in patients with knee osteoarthritis (OA).
NCT05177042
Phase 1b study to assess the combination of ARV-110 and abiraterone in patients with metastatic prostate cancer with rising PSA values on abiraterone.
NCT04257110
This is an open-label, first-in-human (FIH), phase 1 dose-escalation and cohort expansion study of BB-1701 in subjects with locally advanced/metastatic HER2 expressing solid tumors. The study consists of 2 parts: dose-escalation (Part 1) and cohort expansion (Part 2). Part 1 consists of dose escalation cohorts for determining the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D). Part 2 consists of expansion cohorts, including but not limited to breast cancer, gastric/gastroesophageal junction cancer, bladder cancer and colon cancer, for exploring 1 or more RP2Ds or schedules for expanding/deepening the information/knowledge about clinical safety, clinical pharmacokinetics and anti-tumor activity.
NCT06428500
Phase 1 study to determine the safety and tolerability of QTX3046 as a single agent or in combination with cetuximab.
NCT04962815
This study is designed as a prospective, non-randomized, observational clinical study. The study will collect clinical and rrEEG (Ceribell EEG) data when monitoring subjects for delirium subtypes. EEG and clinical data will be collected for the development of future software algorithms to assess the presence and severity of delirium.
NCT05750498
The Autoimmune Liver disease Network for Kids (A-LiNK) is a multi-institutional group with the mission to deliver the best care to kids with pediatric autoimmune liver disease (AILD). This study will establish a shared clinical registry and a learning health network for the participating sites focusing on collecting and transmitting clinical measurement data, information about processes, and participation in an improvement collaborative. Pediatric Autoimmune Hepatitis (AIH) and Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis (PSC), represent a spectrum of AILD which present unique diagnostic and therapeutic challenges.A lack of accepted guidelines for disease monitoring or symptom management results in wide treatment variation with liver transplants indicated in refractory, progressive disease. The aims of A-LiNK are to: 1.) Create a learning health network focused on patient-centered outcomes research characterized by transparent sharing among centers, common priorities, and feasible plans for implementing new practices; 2) shift from traditional investigator-driven study to a patient and family-centered approach, and 3.) improve clinical outcomes and quality of life for pediatric AILD patients.
NCT07084545
This is a prospective, Phase IV, post-approval observational study evaluating postoperative outcomes in patients with a history of myopic corneal laser vision correction (LVC) undergoing bilateral cataract surgery with implantation of the CT LUCIA 621P intraocular lens (IOL). Up to 30 subjects (60 eyes) will be enrolled across up to three U.S. investigational sites. The study will assess visual and refractive outcomes, including biometry, manifest refraction, and patient-reported visual function over a 3-month follow-up period.
NCT04565015
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the pharmacokinetics and safety of Immune Globulin Intravenous (Human) GC5107 in pediatric subjects with Primary Humoral Immunodeficiency (PHID).
NCT03909165
This study will evaluate the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics (PK) of sugammadex (MK-8616) for reversal of both moderate and deep neuromuscular blockade (NMB) in pediatric participants aged birth to \<2 years. The primary hypothesis of this study is that sugammadex is superior to neostigmine in reversing moderate NMB as measured by time to neuromuscular recovery.
NCT04368806
This study is a double-blind, randomized, placebo controlled, multi-center, superiority study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of JointStem, autologous adipose tissue derived mesenchymal stem cells (AdMSC), in patients diagnosed as knee osteoarthritis. Following a 2-week screening period, approximately 140 subjects will be randomly assigned into one of the following two arms in a 1:1 ratio (1 JointStem : 1 Placebo). After each subject completes 48-Weeks visit (Visit 8) and the data management team confirms all individual data have no issue, the individual database will be locked and the blinding will be open for the statistical analysis.
