NCT03689712
The purpose of the phase 3, clinical study is to determine if GC4419 (avasopasem manganese) administered prior to intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) reduces the severity of radiation induced oral mucositis in patients who have been diagnosed with locally advanced, non-metastatic squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck.
NCT02941926
The purpose of this study is to collect additional safety and efficacy data for the combination of ribociclib + letrozole in men and pre/postmenopausal women with HR+HER2- advanced breast cancer and no prior hormonal treatment for advanced disease..
NCT03439254
The primary objective of this study is to evaluate whether obeticholic acid (OCA; INT-747) can lead to histological improvement in fibrosis with no worsening of NASH in adults with compensated cirrhosis due to NASH.
NCT03434379
This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of atezolizumab in combination with bevacizumab compared with sorafenib in participants with locally advanced or metastatic Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) who have received no prior systemic treatment.
NCT03494166
Survivors of solid tumors (N=451) who completed curative intent chemotherapy for a solid tumor within the past 2 years were interviewed at baseline and stratified as high or low need for symptom management based on comorbidity and depressive symptoms. High need survivors were randomized initially to the 12-week Symptom Management and Survivorship Handbook (SMSH, N=282) or 12-week SMSH Telephone Interpersonal Counseling (TIPC, N=93) added during weeks 1-8. After 4 weeks of the SMSH alone, non-responders on depression were re-randomized to continue with SMSH alone (N=30) or add TIPC (N=31).
NCT03781167
The purpose of this study was to assess the safety and tolerability of ABBV-951 (Foslevodopa/Foscarbidopa) in participants with Parkinson's disease (PD). This was a single-arm study with preplanned analyses conducted by dose subgroup (Low Dose or High Dose) based on the modal total daily dose (most frequent dose) over the treatment period.
NCT03262935
The purpose of this study is to demonstrate that SYD985 \[(vic-)trastuzumab duocarmazine\] is superior to physician's choice in prolonging progression free survival.
NCT01820650
This study is designed to observe the long term clinical outcomes of patient-specific knee arthroplasty in patients with osteoarthritis.
NCT03738462
This is a prospective multicenter study. Subjects will be implanted with a Conformis Hip System. If the surgeon intraoperatively decides to use the Cordera femoral stem, these patients will also be enrolled in the study and tracked as a subset of the Conformis Hip System patient population. The study sites will be located in the United States. The study subjects will be followed for 10 years post implantation.
NCT01117571
Study is prospective and multi-center. Study will include 100 to 200 patients across up to 20 sites. The study sites will be located in the United States. The study objective is to evaluate the safety and performance of the ConforMIS iUni® Unicompartmental Knee Resurfacing Device in patients with single compartment osteoarthritis.
NCT01564654
This study involves retrospective collection of data regarding the first approximately 100 iTotal Knee Replacement System surgeries and their short term outcomes at a small set of centers throughout the US.
NCT04772612
A Phase 1, Multicenter, Open-Label Study to Evaluate the Effect of Mild, Moderate, and Severe Hepatic Impairment on the Single-Dose Pharmacokinetics of Sitravatinib
NCT03748134
This is a randomized, double-blind multi-center, phase III study comparing the efficacy and safety of sintilimab or placebo in combination with chemotherapy as first-line treatment in subjects with unresectable, locally advanced recurrent or metastatic esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. After the interim analysis conducted by the iDMC, an open-label assignment of experimental arm therapy will continue in regions outside of China, in order to further evaluate the efficacy and safety of sintilimab in combination with chemotherapy in subjects representing the western population with advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma
NCT04021290
The aim of this study is to determine if virologically suppressed Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) Type 1 infected adults on a current antiretroviral regimen (CAR) (including 2 nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors \[NRTIs\] plus a third agent) remain suppressed upon switching to dolutegravir/lamivudine (DTG/3TC) fixed dose combination (FDC). The main objective of the study is to demonstrate the non-inferior antiviral activity of switching to DTG/3TC FDC once daily compared to continuation of CAR over 48 weeks in virologically suppressed adults living with HIV-1. The study will also evaluate information regarding the safety and health related quality of life. The study will include Screening Phase (up to 28 days), a Randomization Phase (up to Week 52) and a Continuation Phase (post Week 52). The Continuation Phase is not applicable for participants in Sweden and Denmark. Approximately 490 participants will be randomized in 1:1 ratio to receive DTG/3TC FDC once daily for up to 52 weeks or continue their CAR for 52 weeks. Participants in the DTG/3TC FDC arm who successfully complete up to 52 weeks of treatment will have the opportunity to continue receiving DTG/3TC FDC once daily in Continuation Phase.
NCT03534180
This phase II trial studies the side effects and best dose of venetoclax and romidepsin to see how well it works in treating patients with mature T-cell lymphoma that has come back (recurrent) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Venetoclax and romidepsin may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
NCT02057718
This is an open label study in children with Progressive Familial Intrahepatic Cholestasis (PFIC) designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of LUM001, also known as Maralixibat (MRX). Efficacy will be assessed by evaluating the effect of LUM001 on pruritus and the biochemical markers of pruritus associated with PFIC.
NCT02399085
This is a Phase II, Single-Arm, Open-Label, Multicentre Study to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of Lenalidomide Combined with MOR00208 in Participants with Relapsed or Refractory Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (R-R DLBCL).
NCT03277313
The purpose of the study is to acquire additional data on efficacy, safety, tolerability, immunogenicity, pharmacokinetic (PK) and other parameters of HYQVIA in pediatric (age ≥ 2 to \<16 years) participants with primary immunodeficiency disease (PIDD).
NCT02869633
This phase II trial studies how well ibrutinib works in treating patients after a donor stem cell transplant for lymphoma that is not responding to treatment or has come back. Ibrutinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
NCT03061890
The DINE study will test the hypothesis that potentially avoidable NICU-based exposures contribute to the neuro-cognitive and somatic impairments prevalent among NICU graduates. This hypothesis is drawn from the documented impact of phthalate exposure on early development in term-born children, and the acknowledged presence of these toxic chemicals in the NICU. Third trimester in utero exposure to phthalates have been linked to poorer childhood performance in cognition, motor function, attention, hyperactivity and social behavior. Phthalate exposure is also associated with altered onset of puberty and asthma. The multi-site cohort and approach will clarify the role of NICU-based phthalate exposure on high-prevalence clinical outcomes.
