NCT05911763
This is a prospective, observational, multi-center longitudinal cohort study to describe the real-world effectiveness, safety and treatment usage of efanesoctocog alfa in patients with hemophilia A treated per standard of care in the US and Japan. Patients will be enrolled in the study after the introduction of efanesoctocog alfa in the hemophilia treatment landscape in each study country. Decision to initiate treatment with commercially available efanesoctocog alfa will be made by the treating physician independently from the decision to include patients in the study. No study medication is provided. The data related to efanesoctocog alfa effectiveness, safety and usage will be collected prospectively during routine visits (expected annual/semi-annual visits) for up to 5 years following enrollment /treatment initiation.
NCT04743765
The HIP ATTACK-2 trial is a multicentre, international, parallel group randomized controlled trial to determine whether accelerated surgery for hip fracture in patients with acute myocardial injury is superior to standard care in reducing death at 90 days after randomization. The trial will also assess secondary outcomes at 90 days after randomization: inability to independently walk 3 metres, time to first mobilization (first standing and first full weight bear), composite and individual assessment of major complications (e.g., mortality, non-fatal myocardial infarction, acute congestive heart failure, and stroke), delirium, length of stay, pain, and quality of life.
NCT06673667

NCT04985604
This is a Phase 2, multi-center, open-label to evaluate the efficacy and safety of tovorafenib (DAY101) in participants ≥12 years of age with recurrent or progressive melanoma or solid tumors with BRAF fusion or CRAF/RAF1 fusions or amplification.
NCT01935934
This phase II trial studies how well cabozantinib s-malate works in treating patients with endometrial cancer that has come back (recurrent) or has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Cabozantinib s-malate may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth and by blocking blood flow to the tumor.
NCT04229979
To assess the safety and efficacy of galinpepimut-S (GPS) compared with investigator's choice of best available therapy (BAT) on overall survival (OS) in subjects with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) who are in second or later complete remission (CR2) or second or later complete remission with incomplete platelet recovery (CRp2).
NCT04108858
This phase Ib/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of copanlisib when given together with trastuzumab and pertuzumab and to see how well they work after induction treatment in treating patients with HER2 positive stage IV breast cancer with PIK3CA or PTEN mutation. Copanlisib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Trastuzumab is a form of "targeted therapy" because it works by attaching itself to specific molecules (receptors) on the surface of cancer cells, known as HER2 receptors. When trastuzumab attaches to HER2 receptors, the signals that tell the cells to grow are blocked and the cancer cell may be marked for destruction by the body's immune system. Monoclonal antibodies, such as pertuzumab, may kill tumor cells that are left after chemotherapy. The addition of copanlisib to the usual treatment (trastuzumab and pertuzumab) could shrink the cancer or stabilize it for longer duration as compared to the usual treatment alone.

NCT07029828
The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn about long-term safety and long-term effects of the study medicine (called ritlecitinib) for the potential treatment of severe alopecia areata, a condition that causes hair loss. This study is seeking participants who have: * previously completed one of Pfizer's pediatric studies for Alopecia Areata (B7981027 or B7981031). * at least 50% scalp hair loss due to alopecia areata (for participants enrolling from the study B7981031). * received varicella vaccination (2 doses) or have been infected by varicella zoster virus before based on blood test reports. All participants in this study will receive the study medicine (ritlecitinib). Participants who received ritlecitinib higher or lower doses in the parent Study B7981027 will continue receiving the same ritlecitinib dose in this trial. Participants who received placebo in the parent Study B7981027 and all participants from parent Study B7981031 will receive either higher or lower dose of ritlecitinib in this trial. The study medicine is a capsule that is taken by mouth. It is taken 1 time each day at home. The study will help see if ritlecitinib is safe and effective. Participants will take part in this study for a duration of up to 3 years (36 months). During this time, they will have 17 study visits at the study clinic. The study team will also call participants once a month over the phone.
NCT04188912
This trial observes and collects samples from patients before and after stem cell transplantation to learn more about how and why a complication called chronic graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) develops after stem cell transplantation. Performing close observation and various types of testing may enable doctors to notice symptoms or problems sooner than they would normally have been noticed and predict which patients will develop chronic GVHD.
