This is a Phase III, global, double-blind, 2-arm randomized study designed to compare the efficacy and safety of atezolizumab + paclitaxel + carboplatin + bevacizumab versus placebo + paclitaxel + carboplatin + bevacizumab. Study participants will have Stage 3 or 4 ovarian cancer (OC), fallopian tube cancer (FTC), or primary peritoneal cancer (PPC) with macroscopic residual disease postoperatively (i.e., after primary tumor reductive surgery) or who will undergo neoadjuvant therapy followed by interval surgery.

This pilot early phase I trial studies talazoparib to determine if certain characteristics of the deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) affect how the disease responds to therapy in patients with ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer that has spread to other places in the body and usually cannot be cured or controlled with treatment (advanced). Studying samples of tissue in the laboratory from patients receiving talazoparib may help doctors learn more about the effects of talazoparib on cells and may help doctors understand how well patients respond to treatment.

The purposes of this study are: 1. To determine the dose limiting toxicity (DLT) and the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) weekly of topotecan in combination with standard dose gefitinib in patients with relapsed, platinum-resistant, ovarian, peritoneal or fallopian tube cancers that are epidermal growth factor receptor (EGF-R) positive (\>/= 1+). 2. This randomized phase III trial studies bevacizumab and intravenous (given into a vein) chemotherapy to see how well they work compared with bevacizumab and intraperitoneal (given into the abdominal cavity) chemotherapy in treating patients with stage II-III ovarian epithelial cancer, fallopian tube cancer, or primary peritoneal cancer. Monoclonal antibodies, such as bevacizumab, can block the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread by blocking the growth of new blood vessels necessary for tumor growth. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as paclitaxel, carboplatin, and cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. It is not yet known whether giving bevacizumab together with intravenous chemotherapy is more effective than giving bevacizumab together with intraperitoneal chemotherapy in treating patients with ovarian epithelial cancer, fallopian tube cancer, or primary peritoneal cancer.

This is a double-blind, randomized, parallel groups Phase II trial. Patients with platinum-sensitive advanced ovarian cancer, defined as a lack of progression by RECIST v1.1 criteria following completion of standard-of-care chemotherapy, including a minimum of 4 cycles of a platinum-containing regimen. Patients will be randomized to either the vaccine regimen with GM-CSF adjuvant or GM-CSF adjuvant alone as a control group. Treatment will be administered as a consolidation therapy within one year of the last administration of platinum, targeting the first remission.
