NCT01897571
This is an open-label, multicenter, Phase 1/2 study of tazemetostat as a single agent in subjects with advanced solid tumors or with B-cell lymphomas and tazemetostat in combination with prednisolone in subjects with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL).
NCT03056339
If you are reading and signing this form on behalf of a potential participant, please note: Any time the words "you," "your," "I," or "me" appear, it is meant to apply to the potential participant. The goal of this clinical research study is to learn if giving genetically changed immune cells, called CAR-NK cells, after chemotherapy will improve the disease in stem cell transplant patients with relapsed (has returned) and/or refractory (has not responded to treatment) B-cell lymphoma or leukemia. Also, researchers want to find the highest tolerable dose of CAR-NK cells to give to patients with relapsed or refractory B-cell lymphoma or leukemia. The safety of this treatment will also be studied. This is an investigational study. The making of and infusion of genetically changed NK cells and the drug AP1903 (if you receive it, explained below) are not FDA approved or commercially available for use in this type of disease. They are currently being used for research purposes only. The chemotherapy drugs in this study (fludarabine, cyclophosphamide, and mesna) are commercially available and FDA approved. Up to 36 patients will take part in this study. All will be enrolled at MD Anderson.
NCT04470947
EXALT-2 is a prospective, randomized, three arm study for treatment decision guided either by either comprehensive genomic profiling, next generation drug screening or physician's choice
NCT03571828
Evaluate the safety and tolerability of AMG 562 in adult subjects with DLBCL, MCL, or FL. Estimate the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or a biologically active dose (e.g., recommended phase 2 dose \[RP2D\])
NCT04668768
This is a study to use glucarpidase prophylactically to treat methotrexate induced toxicities in lymphoma patients with cerebral involvement.
NCT06318884
This is a Phase I clinical study designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy of SCTB35 monotherapy, an bispecific antibody, in patients with relapsed and/or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
NCT04508647
This is an open-label, Phase II interventional study in order to assess efficacy and safety of single agent ublituximab as initial therapy for FL (Follicular lymphoma) and MZL (Marginal zone lymphoma ) with response driven addition of umbralisib for suboptimal response.
NCT04757259
This expanded access program will provide continued access to cerdulatinib to eligible participants who experienced clinical benefit from cerdulatinib in Study 13-601 (NCT01994382) and who otherwise meet the eligibility criteria.
NCT05536154
This is a single-arm, multicenter, exploratory clinical study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the combination of etoposide, cytarabine and PEG-rhG-CSF (EAP regimen) as first line mobilization regimen of hematopoietic stem cells in patients with lymphoma and multiple myeloma. All eligible patients will receive EAP regimen treatment, then the number of CD34+ cells and white blood cells will be monitoring. When the collection standard is met, hematopoietic stem cell collection will be started.
NCT03151057
This is a study to evaluate the safety of idelalisib as post-transplantation maintenance in patients with B cell hematologic malignancies undergoing a allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT). Safety will be evaluated through the assessment of cytopenias, effect on donor chimerism, effect on the incidence and severity of acute graft versus host disease, and gastro-intestinal tolerance.
NCT03932279
Investigators plan to perform a pilot study that aims to characterize the microbiome of human cutaneous T cell lymphoma patients and compare this to the microbiome of age and sex matched controls.
NCT02282358
The purpose of this study is to learn if the study drug mocetinostat can slow the progression of cancer in people who have a mutation in CREBBP or EP300 in the genetic makeup of their cancer. The potential side effects of mocetinostat will also be studied.
NCT04509466
This is a multicentre, open-label, single-arm, phase I/II clinical study to evaluate the safety, efficacy and pharmacokinetics of liposomal mitoxantrone hydrochloride in combination with pegaspargase in patients with extranodal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma, nasal type (NKTCL).
NCT06295211
This is a retrospective, monocenter and non-interventional study. Data were retrospectively collected from all patients who completed the BV-Bs scheme in the time period between 1 September 2013 and 1 September 2023.
NCT05370547
The previous research suggests that the low expression of NOXA protein may be an important biomarker for the treatment of drug resistance of chimeric antigen receptor-T (CAR-T) cells. Up regulating the expression of NOXA through histone deacetylase inhibitor (HDACi) can improve drug resistance and significantly improve the therapeutic effect of CAR-T cells. This study will enroll approximately 120 subjects with recurrent or refractory (r/r) B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL). Those with high expression of NOXA will receive conventional CAR-T treatment (without chidamide bridging), and those with low expression of NOXA will be randomly assigned 1:1 to those without or containing chidamide bridging. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the clinical response and safety of chidamide bridging.
NCT06290817
This is a prospective, multicenter, single-arm clinical study on the treatment of newly diagnosed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma with high-risk of CNS relapse defined by CNS-IPI using Orelabrutinib in combination with R-CDOP regimen.
NCT05058755
Natural killer/T-cell lymphoma (NKTCL) patients with relapsed/refractory disease had very poor outcome. Anti-PD-1 antibody showed promising results in response, but but the complete remission rate of was low. Some anti-PD-1 antibody based regimen showed higher and deeper response in NKTCL patients.
NCT05796271
This study is an investigator-initiated, phase II, single arm, open label clinical trial that will enroll subjects with untreated diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLCBL) at moderate or high risk for poor outcome, defined as an NCCN-IPI score of 2 or higher. All subjects will receive investigational drug, and outcomes will be compared to historical controls.
NCT02684708
The EuroNet-PHL-C2 trial is an international, multicentre, randomised controlled trial with the aims to reduce the indication for radiotherapy in newly diagnosed patients with classical Hodgkin lymphoma without compromising cure rates and to investigate a chemotherapy intensification randomisation in intermediate and advanced classical Hodgkin lymphoma to compensate for reduction in radiotherapy.
NCT02140736
The main aim of this study is to observe correction of the hemoglobin level in the patients under chemotherapy, treated with epoetin alfa biosimilar and presenting with a solid tumor or a lymphoma or a myeloma.
