This trial studies the side effects of pembrolizumab with or without chemotherapy in treating patients with stage IV non-small cell lung cancer that has come back (recurrent) and has spread to other places in the body (advanced). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as pemetrexed and carboplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving pembrolizumab with or without chemotherapy may shrink the tumor in older patients with non-small cell lung cancer.

This phase II trial studies how well durvalumab and olaparib work in treating prostate cancer in men predicted to have specific genetic mutations (a high neoantigen load). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as durvalumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. PARPs are proteins that help repair DNA mutations. PARP inhibitors, such as olaparib, can keep PARP from working, so tumor cells can't repair themselves, and they may stop growing. Giving durvalumab and olaparib may kill more tumor cells in patients with prostate cancer predicted to have a high neoantigen load.

This is a multicenter study to test a decision-making support process for families and clinicians facing decisions about chronic home ventilation for a child. The investigators hypothesize that the intervention will increase family preparedness for decision-making and will improve clinician-family shared-decision making. Half of families will be assigned to "usual care" arm and half to the "intervention" arm. Intervention families will view the study website with study staff and will answer questions related to website content. All families will be interviewed and surveyed at 1, 6 and 12 months after enrollment. Each family will designate 1-2 physician involved in the decision about home ventilation; each physician will be interviewed and surveyed at 1 month.

This study enrolled 472 participants, aged 55 or older, with a diagnosis of de novo acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or AML secondary to prior myelodysplastic disease or chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML), and who have achieved first complete remission (CR)/ complete remission with incomplete blood count recovery (CRi) following induction with or without consolidation chemotherapy. The study is amended to include an extension phase (EP). The EP allows participants who are currently receiving oral azacitidine and who are demonstrating clinical benefit as assessed by the investigator, to continue receiving oral azacitidine after unblinding by sponsor until the participant meets the criteria for study discontinuation or until oral azacitidine becomes commercially available and reimbursed. In addition, all participants in the placebo arm and participants who had been discontinued from the treatment phase (irrespective of randomization arm) and continuing in the follow-up phase will be followed for survival in the EP.

Patients with relapsed or refractory leukemia often develop resistance to chemotherapy and some patients who relapse following CD19 directed therapy relapse with CD19 negative leukemia. For this reason, the investigators are attempting to use T-cells obtained directly from the patient, which can be genetically modified to express a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) to CD22, a different protein from CD19, expressed on the surface of the leukemic cell in patients with CD22+ leukemia. The CAR enables the T-cell to recognize and kill the leukemic cell through the recognition of CD22, a protein expressed on the surface of the leukemic cell in patients with CD22+ leukemia. This is a Phase 1 study designed to determine the safety and feasibility of the CAR+ T - cells and the feasibility of making enough to treat patients with CD22+ leukemia.

The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and effectiveness of a multi-drug chemotherapy regimen in adult patients with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). We will use a regimen that is often used in pediatric patients and we will add drugs called PEG-asparaginase and E. coli asparaginase. PEG-asparaginase has been given as an injection in the past and has been used in treatment with both children and adults with ALL. Information from those other research studies suggests that intravenous PEG-asparaginase has been administered safely in both children and adults. We hope to gain more information about the participants disease and how it responds to standard chemotherapy drugs used to treat ALL\>
