NCT01355497
The purpose of this study is to determine if the investigational drug GTx-024 can help patients with non small cell lung cancer increase physical function and maintain or gain muscle.
NCT02318303
Study to evaluate the two different strengths and dose regimen of GSP 301 to be effective in treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis.
NCT00621959
The study objective is to investigate the efficacy of levocetirizine in reducing symptoms associated with seasonal allergic rhinitis and in improving rhinitis-related Quality of Life
NCT00765973
A multi-center, open-label, two-arm, dose-escalation study to establish the safety, tolerability, MTD, and schedule of TLI administered intravenously as a 30 minute infusion in adult subjects with advanced solid tumors that have relapsed, are refractory to standard therapy, or for whom there is no standard therapy available. The two dosing regimens to be evaluated are: * Arm A: TLI dose on Days 1 and 8 of a 21-day treatment cycle (Starting dose: 1 mg/m2) * Arm B: TLI dose on Day 1 of a 21-day treatment cycle (Starting dose: 2 mg/m2) When one of the two arms reaches MTD, all future subjects will then be enrolled in the remaining study arm until MTD of that arm is reached.
NCT04006301
The purpose of this study is to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of JNJ-74699157 in participants with advanced solid tumors harboring a kirsten rat sarcoma virus homolog (KRAS) glycine-to-cysteine (G12C) mutation (Part 1: Dose escalation) and to determine the safety and preliminary antitumor activity of JNJ-74699157 at the RP2D regimen in participants with advanced solid tumors harboring a KRAS G12C mutation (Part 2: Dose expansion).
NCT01121159
Accuracy of posttraumatic orbital reconstruction of the medial orbital wall and/or floor is better with preoperatively preformed orbital implants than with non-preformed orbital implants.
NCT02624570
The purpose of this study is to provide access to Midostaurin and gather additional safety data on the combination of Midostaurin and standard of care for adult patients with newly diagnosed Fms-like tyrosine kinase receptor (FLT3) mutated Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) who are eligible for standard induction and consolidation chemotherapy.
NCT03382912
To compare the efficacy of pegilodecakin in combination with nivolumab versus nivolumab alone in participants with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer as measured by objective response rate.
NCT01989572
This randomized phase III trial studies sargramostim or vaccine therapy alone to see how well they work compared to sargramostim and vaccine therapy together in preventing disease recurrence in patients with melanoma that has been removed by surgery. Sargramostim may stimulate the immune system in different ways and stop tumor cells from growing. Vaccines made from peptides may help the body build an effective immune response to kill tumor cells. It is not yet known whether yeast derived sargramostim and vaccine therapy are more effective alone or together in preventing recurrence of melanoma.
NCT00946647
The purpose of this randomized, two-arm, open-label expansion phase study was to collect preliminary efficacy data of panobinostat at the recommended phase II dose (RPIID) level in combination with azacytidine (5-Aza) versus an active control arm 5-Aza alone. This randomized phase II part also allowed collecting safety data of panobinostat in combination with 5-Aza in comparison to single-agent 5-aza.
NCT03745222
This is a Phase 3, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled multicenter global study designed to compare the efficacy and safety of tislelizumab in combination with concurrent chemoradiotherapy (cCRT) followed by tislelizumab monotherapy versus cCRT alone, and tislelizumab given sequentially after cCRT versus cCRT alone, in newly diagnosed stage III subjects with locally advanced, unresectable non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The primary endpoint is centrally-assessed progression free survival (PFS) in the intent-to-treat (ITT) population. .
NCT02387125
This is a Phase 1b, open label, multi-center study of CMB305 (sequentially administered LV305 \[a dendritic cell-targeting viral vector expressing the NY-ESO-1 gene\] and G305 \[NY-ESO-1 recombinant protein plus GLA-SE\]) in patients with melanoma, sarcoma, ovarian cancer, or non-small cell lung cancer that express NY-ESO-1.
NCT02318368
Phase 2 multicenter, controlled, randomized, double-blind study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of ficlatuzumab versus placebo when administered with erlotinib in subjects with previously untreated metastatic EGFR-mutated NSCLC and BDX004 Positive Label.
NCT01774578
The purpose of this study is to assess overall survival of anti-tumor immunization using HyperAcute®-Lung immunotherapy versus Docetaxel in patients with progressed or relapsed non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that have been previously treated.
NCT03026166
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of rovalpituzumab tesirine administered in combination with nivolumab or nivolumab and ipilimumab in participants with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (SCLC).
NCT01249443
This phase I clinical trial is studying the side effects and the best dose of vorinostat when given together with paclitaxel and carboplatin in treating patients with metastatic or recurrent solid tumors and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection. Vorinostat may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as paclitaxel and carboplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving vorinostat together with paclitaxel and carboplatin may kill more tumor cells. NOTE: An administrative decision was made by NCI to halt further study of vorinostat in this specific patient population as of February 1, 2013. No patients remain on vorinostat. Going forward this study will determine the safety and tolerability of the paclitaxel and carboplatin combination in this patient population.
NCT02264574
The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of ibrutinib in combination with obinutuzumab compared to chlorambucil in combination with obinutuzumab based on the Independent Review Committee (IRC) assessment of progression free survival (PFS). Efficacy will be evaluated according to 2008 International Workshop for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (IWCLL) criteria with the modification for treatment-related lymphocytosis, in subjects with treatment-naive CLL or SLL.
NCT03725475
This large multinational, non-interventional study (NIS), will retrospectively collect data derived from established medical records over a period of up to approximately 6 years (2013 to 2018), building a platform to capture and consolidate information on treatment patterns, Overall Survival (OS) and treatment effectiveness outcomes in the real-world setting.
NCT00545818
The purpose of this study is to see if OsseoSpeed™ implant 6 mm long is effective for rehabilitation of edentulism and if so, how it compares with OsseoSpeed™ implant 11 mm long. The primary hypothesis is that the alteration in bone level is equal in patients randomized to 6 mm as to patients randomized to 11 mm implants.
NCT00723957
The purpose of this study is to determine whether progression-free survival with ixabepilone is superior to that achieved with paclitaxel plus carboplatin in participants with advanced nonsmall-cell lung cancer and beta III (βIII)-tubulin-positive tumors.
