NCT00700726
The purpose of this study is to determine if a simple blood test can help in disease management, particularly asthma. This will be researched by looking at certain features of the blood and to compare asthmatics without allergies to those that have allergy-induced asthma.
NCT01129180
RATIONALE: Bortezomib and azacitidine may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. PURPOSE: This phase I trial is studying the side effects and best dose of bortezomib when given together with azacitidine in treating patients with relapsed or refractory T-cell lymphoma.
NCT00112554
RATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cytarabine and VNP40101M, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving more than one drug (combination chemotherapy) may kill more cancer cells. PURPOSE: This randomized phase III trial is studying cytarabine and VNP40101M to see how well they work compared to cytarabine alone in treating patients with relapsed acute myeloid leukemia.
