NCT02315469
This research trial studies comprehensive patient questionnaires in predicting complications in older patients with gynecologic cancer undergoing surgery. Comprehensive patient questionnaires completed before surgery may help identify complications, such as the need for assistance in taking medications, decreased mobility, decreased social activity, and falls, and may improve outcomes for older patients with gynecologic cancer.
NCT00730639
The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and effectiveness of MDX-1106 in patients with certain types of cancer. Another purpose is to determine how MDX-1106 is absorbed and distributed within the body, and how it's eventually eliminated.
NCT03337542
This study is enrolling participants by invitation only. This is an open-label, safety extension study for subjects who participated in the ARC007 study.
NCT04128423
This Phase 1 study is designed to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy of AMV564 alone and in combination with Pembrolizumab in patients with advanced solid tumors.
NCT02387216
The purpose of this study is to determine whether the combination of MM-121 plus docetaxel is more effective than docetaxel alone in regards to PFS in patients with heregulin-positive NSCLC.
NCT01454102
* The study is evaluating the safety and tolerability of Nivolumab (BMS-936558) when combined with three platinum-based doublet chemotherapy regimens (Cisplatin/Gemcitabine; Cisplatin/Pemetrexed; and Carboplatin/Paclitaxel) in subjects with NSCLC. * The study is evaluating the safety and tolerability of Nivolumab as maintenance therapy in combination with Bevacizumab/Avastin that will be given after at least 4 cycles of platinum doublet chemotherapy. * The study is evaluating the safety and tolerability of Nivolumab in combination with Erlotinib among epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutation positive non-squamous NSCLC subjects and as monotherapy in subjects with NSCLC. * The study is evaluating the safety and tolerability of Nivolumab in combination with Ipilimumab in subjects with squamous and non-squamous NSCLC. * The study is evaluating the safety and tolerability of Nivolumab as switch maintenance therapy in subjects with squamous and non-squamous NSCLC. * The study is evaluating the safety and tolerability of Nivolumab as monotherapy among subjects with untreated, asymptomatic brain metastases and no evidence of cerebral edema.
NCT03018223
The purpose of this study is to find out if a combination of drugs (these are called: cyclophosphamide, sirolimus, and mycophenolate mofetil) will protect participants better against graft vs. host disease (GVHD) after receiving a hematopoietic cell transplant from a related partially matched (haploidentical) donor. As part of the treatment for their blood cancer, participants need a hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) to improve their chances of cure. In any HCT, after the stem cell infusion is given, a combination of drugs is needed to prevent GVHD and facilitate acceptance of the graft.
NCT02423343
The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of the study drug known as galunisertib in combination with nivolumab in participants with advanced refractory solid tumors and in recurrent or refractory non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) or hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).
NCT03046056
The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of filgotinib, when compared to placebo, in establishing clinical remission defined as Crohn's disease activity index (CDAI) \< 150, at Week 24 in participants with small bowel Crohn's disease (CD). Participants will have the option to enter a separate long-term extension study if they meet eligibility requirements.
NCT00651261
The purpose of this study is to compare the effects, good and/or bad, of a standard chemotherapy regimen for AML that includes the drugs daunorubicin and cytarabine combined with or without midostaurin (also known as PKC412), to find out which is better. This research is being done because it is unknown whether the addition of midostaurin to chemotherapy treatment is better than chemotherapy treatment alone. Midostaurin has been tested in over 400 patients and is being studied in a number of illnesses, including AML, colon cancer, and lung cancer. Midostaurin blocks an enzyme, produced by a gene known as FLT3, that may have a role in the survival and growth of AML cells. Not all leukemia cells will have the abnormal FLT3 gene. This study will focus only on patients with leukemia cells with the abnormal FLT3 gene.
NCT03898791
The purpose of this study is to determine the recommended phase 2 dose of LY3295668 erbumine in participants with platinum-sensitive, extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer.
NCT03261947
The purpose of this study is to confirm the safety and tolerability of TAK-931 in a cohort of Western participants with metastatic solid tumors and to evaluate the anti-tumor activity of TAK-931 in participants with metastatic pancreatic cancer, colorectal cancer (CRC), squamous esophageal cancer (sqEC), and squamous non-small-cell lung cancer (sqNSCLC).
NCT00960297
The rationale for this multicenter, phase II trial is to examine the impact of carboplatin/paclitaxel with bevacizumab in the preoperative treatment of patients with stage IB (\> 4.0 cm), II, and select stage III NSCLC. If this novel regimen proves to be safe and active in this setting, this would provide rationale for further investigation in a larger, prospective, randomized setting.
NCT00339040
The purpose of this study is to determine the safety of and immune response to a new human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine in HIV (Human immunodeficiency virus) infected children between the ages of 7 and 12 years.
NCT00604175
Human papillomavirus (HPV) is the most common sexually transmitted disease in the world. HPV infection can cause genital warts and certain cervical problems, including cervical cancer. HPV infection may be more severe and harder to treat in HIV-infected people. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the quadrivalent HPV vaccine is safe, tolerable, and effective in producing antibodies to HPV in HIV-infected women.
NCT03236675
Demonstrate feasibility of detection of EML4-ALK fusion transcripts and T790M EGFR mutation from exosomes in the circulation of Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLS) patients.
NCT00375219
To evaluate the safety and efficacy of subcutaneous administration of omacetaxine mepesuccinate (HHT) in achieving a clinical response in CML patients in chronic, accelerated, or blast phase who have failed prior imatinib therapy and have the T315I kinase domain gene mutation.
NCT00644878
This exploratory study will evaluate the change in molecular response in chronic myelogenous leukemia - chronic phase patients with a complete cytogenetic response and have a suboptimal molecular response to imatinib
NCT00703820
The purpose of this study is to assess the feasibility and efficacy of a novel form of therapy-haploidentical NK cell transplantation-in patients with standard-risk AML. In addition, we will investigate the efficacy of clofarabine + cytarabine (Clo/AraC) in newly diagnosed patients with AML and attempt to optimize outcome through the use of MRD-adapted therapy and further improvements in supportive care.
NCT03329911
This is a Phase III, randomized, double blind, multicenter, active comparator, parallel two arm study to compare the efficacy, and to evaluate the safety, and immunogenicity of BAT1706 to EU Avastin® in patients with previously untreated advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (nsNSCLC) to demonstrate clinical equivalence of BAT1706 and EU Avastin®.
