The purpose of this study is to determine if one CT contrast agent (medication injected into a vein; used in CT examinations to help produce clearer images) is safer to use than another. This study will compare the safety of two widely-used, U.S. FDA approved contrast agents, Isovue and Omnipaque. The investigators hypothesize that there is no significant difference in the rates of contrast-induced nephrotoxicity (CIN) between these agents when the overall population consists of low-risk patients.

Cancers that have spread to the inner lining of the chest are classified as Stage IV and bear a poor prognosis. Surgery is rarely an option, with palliative chemotherapy and/or radiation therapy the only treatment options. This study intends to evaluate whether surgical removal of all visible tumor on the chest wall followed by bathing the chest cavity in heated chemotherapy solution will improve outcomes for these advanced cancers.

Study aimed to assess the reproducibility of PET imaging using AH111585 (18F) Injection. Subjects are evaluable if they undergo 2 administrations of AH111585 (18F) Injection (3 to 8 days apart) and the corresponding PET acquisitions, and tumors demonstrate detectable levels of 18F uptake on PET.
