The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of pembrolizumab (MK-3475) in the adjuvant treatment of adult participants who have undergone nephrectomy and have intermediate-high risk, high risk, or M1 no evidence of disease (M1 NED) renal cell carcinoma (RCC) with clear cell component. The primary study hypothesis is that pembrolizumab is superior to placebo with respect to Disease-free Survival (DFS) as assessed by the Investigator in male and female participants with intermediate-high risk, high risk and M1 NED RCC.

This is a multi-center, randomized (1:1), open-label, active-controlled, pragmatic study of the efficacy of vadadustat administered three times a week compared to standard of care erythropoiesis-stimulating agent for the treatment of anemia in in-center hemodialysis participants with end-stage kidney disease (ESKD). A subset of sites will participate in a red blood cell (RBC) sub-study where changes in the phenotype of RBCs in response to vadadustat treatment relative to methoxy polyethylene glycol-epoetin beta treatment in DD-CKD participants with anemia will be assessed. A separate informed consent form (ICF) will be signed by these participants who opt to be in the RBC sub-study. Of the 350 participants in the main study, approximately 28 participants will also be enrolled into the RBC sub-study. The total duration of the study is approximately 35 Weeks including screening and follow-up.

This study is open to adults with chronic kidney disease (CKD) that is at risk of getting worse. People who have taken a specific type of medication for kidney disease called SGLT2 inhibitor within 1 month before the study or have certain health conditions cannot take part in this study. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called vicadrostat, used in combination with another medicine called empagliflozin, works in people with chronic kidney disease. In this study, participants are randomly assigned to one of two groups. Participants have an equal chance of being assigned to either group. In one group, participants take the 2 study medicines, vicadrostat and empagliflozin, every day for 3 months. In the other group, participants take placebo and empagliflozin for the first 1.5 months, and then they take vicadrostat and empagliflozin together for the next 1.5 months. The study medicines are taken orally as tablets. Placebo tablets look like vicadrostat tablets but do not contain any medicine. Participants are in the study for about 4.5 months. During this time, they visit the study site multiple times. Doctors regularly test kidney function by measuring specific proteins in the blood and urine. The results are compared between the two groups to see whether there are differences between starting the study medicines at the same time or one after the other. The doctors also regularly check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects.

Brief Summary: This study will test the safety, including side effects, and determine the characteristics of a drug called GEN1160 (PRO1160) in participants with solid tumors and blood cancers. Participants will have cancer that has spread through the body (metastatic) or cannot be removed with surgery (unresectable) or relapsed or refractory to prior treatments. This Phase 1/2 study will have three parts. The dose escalation part of the study will find out how much and how frequently GEN1160 should be given to participants. The expansion Part A and expansion Part B will use the dose and schedule found in the dose escalation part to find out how safe GEN1160 is and if it works to treat the diseases under study. The diseases under study will be Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC), Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma (NPC) and Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL) in Escalation and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) in expansion Part A and Part B.

The study evaluates the safety of different doses of a new medicine called NNC0519 0130. It also looks into how the medicine may improve kidney function in participants with chronic kidney disease with or without type 2 diabetes, living with overweight or obesity. The participants will either get NNC0519-0130 (a new medicine), semaglutide (a medicine that doctors can already prescribe), or placebo (a "dummy" substance). DFF332 was planned to be tested at different doses as single agent and in combination with Everolimus (RAD001, an mTOR inhibitor), and also in combination with Spartalizumab (PDR001, an anti-PD1) plus Taminadenant (NIR178, an adenosine A2A receptor antagonist), in patients with advanced clear cell renal cell carcinoma and other malignancies with HIF stabilizing mutations.

This study is testing a new medicine called PF-08634404 and how it works in adults with advanced Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC)- a type of kidney cancer that is either locally advanced (spread to nearby tissues) or metastatic (spread to other parts of the body). The study will look at the safety of the study medicine, when given alone or with other anticancer medicines, and how this type of cancer responds to them. To join the study, participants must be adults; with locally advanced or metastatic RCC; who have not received treatment for their advanced kidney cancer. Participants will receive study medicine either alone or with other anticancer medicines. The medicine will be given through intravenous (IV) infusions, which means it will be injected directly into a vein. All treatments will take place at clinical study sites, where trained medical staff will take care of participants during and after each visit.

The purpose of this study is to learn about the: * safety (the effect of the study medicine on the participant's body), * effects of the study medicine alone or in combination with sasanlimab - * the best amount of the study medicine. This study is seeking participants who have solid tumors (An abnormal mass of tissue) that: * have advanced (cancer that does not disappear or stay away with treatment) or * are metastatic (has spread to other parts of the body). This includes (but limited to) the following cancer types: * Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC): It's a type of lung cancer where the cells grow slowly but often spread to other parts of the body. * Colorectal Cancer (CRC): This is a disease where cells in the colon or rectum grow out of control. * Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC): This is a cancer that starts in the kidney. All participants in this study will receive the study medication (PF-07826390) as an IV infusion (given directly into a vein) at the study once every four weeks in 28 day cycles. The study participants depending on the group enrolled in, will receive the study medication (PF-07826390 alone or in combination with other anti-cancer medications (sasanlimab). Sasanlimab is given as a shot under the skin every 4 weeks. Participants can continue to take the study medication (PF-07826390) until their cancer is no longer responding. Participants who are taking sasanlimab may receive it for up to 2 years. The study will look at the experiences of people receiving the study medicines. This will help see if the study medicines are safe and effective. Participants will be involved in this study for up to 4 years. During this time, participants will have a study visit every week. The participants after stopping the study medicine (at about 2 years) will be followed for another two years to see how the participants are doing.
