Age 50-69 years
Registered patients of NUHS
No history of breast cancer
Eligible for free mammograms (Signed up with Healthier SG with a primary care provider within the NUHS Primary Care Network)
In each individual trial in this proposed series of trials, the participants will either be:
Repeat screeners: Have undergone a mammogram at least once in the past, but not within the past 2 years Never screeners: Have never done mammogram in the past (no records in EPIC) Active screeners: Have undergone a mammogram within the past 20-24 months but have not scheduled their next screening in Health Appointment System (HAS)
