This study will enroll adults with solid tumors that cannot be removed by surgery or have spread to other parts of the body. BG-C477 is a targeted cancer medicine called an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC). An ADC consists of an antibody that is linked to a drug that can kill cancer cells. The antibody part of BG-C477 specifically attaches to a protein called CEA that is found on the surface of lung cancer cells. After it attaches to CEA, BG-C477 is taken inside the cancer cell where the drug (called topoisomerase I inhibitor) prevents the cell from multiplying and leads to cell death. The purpose of this study is to test whether BG-C477 is safe and may help treat cancer when used alone or with other cancer treatments. The study has 2 parts. In Phase 1a, study doctors will test different doses of BG-C477 to find a dose that can be given without serious side effects. In Phase 1b, study doctors will test the selected dose of BG-C477 in more people, either alone or with other cancer treatments. BG-C477 will be given through a vein (intravenously). Participation will last about 9 months in Phase 1a and 18 months in Phase 1b. Participants will make regular visits to the clinic for treatment, health checks, blood tests, and for tumor and imaging tests. Note: Our company, previously known as BeiGene, is now officially BeOne Medicines. Because some of our older studies were sponsored under the name BeiGene, you may see both names used for this study on this website.
