Exclusion Criteria

• •Patient refusal.
• •Cardiopathy with a reversible cause.
• •Prevision of heart transplantation.
• •Atrial fibrillation.
• •Complete AV block.
• •AV delay \>250 ms.
• •Right bundle branch block.
• •Severe peripheral vascular disease.
• •Other diseases with \< 1 year life expectancy
