•Heterogenous emphysema
•FEV1 \< 45%
•RV \> 150%
•TLC \> 100%
•TLCO \< 40%

Exclusion Criteria

•Homogeneous emphysema
•Pregnancy
•PCO2 \> 50 mmHg
